Is Mallo free to download?

Yes. Mallo is free to download on the App Store. Some advanced features may be available via a future subscription — we'll always be transparent about what's free and what isn't.

What data does Mallo collect?

We collect your email address, the content you create (recipes, meal plans, grocery lists), and anonymized crash/performance logs. We never sell your data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email support@millenetech.com with the subject "Delete my account" from your registered email. We'll process it within 30 days and confirm when it's done.

Mallo crashed. What should I do?

First, try closing and reopening the app. If it keeps crashing, email us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it crashed. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful.

Can children use Mallo?

Mallo is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you have concerns, please contact us at support@millenetech.com.
